James Davidson age 67, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024. JD was a man of great stature and gentle spirit. His true passions where sports and athletics of any kind. He was gifted as a musician and his talents encompassed the guitar and drums. JD valued gamily ties above all else, especially his beloved wife, with whom he shared a silver wedding anniversary. As a man of the Baptist faith, he could often be found standing for what he believed in, and he hated a wicked thing. JD's faith in God carried him through very trying times in his life and shaped his character. His patience was amazing, and he lived his life as a gentle giant. All whom met JD would remember him by his quick wit, and dry humor. He loved smiles and laughter, even in the face of great adversity, you may always expect positive attitude coupled with humor and sarcasm from JD. He is survived by his loving wife Donna Davidson, brother Roger, Sister Barbara, daughter Crystal Evans Harris and son Andrew Price

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 12:00PM-2:00PM with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Harold Keith Young. JD will be buried at Grandview Memorial Garden following the funeral service. www.holleygamble.com
