James L. Beach, age 67 of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at his home. James was born on October 5, 1946 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Luther Beach and Jeanette Neal. He as a veteran of the United States Army and also volunteered his time for several years at the Briceville Volunteer Fire Department. James was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting ginseng. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his son, James Beach Jr. and Lifetime Companion, Reba Farmer.

The family will receive friends at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 12-2PM with the funeral service to follow at 2:00PM with the Rev.
