Jack "Chris" Irwin, age 70, of Andersonville, TN passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025. He was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church in Clinton. Chris started Irwin Construction Company in 1989 and specialized in construction of custom homes. He prided himself in "Building the Dream" and creating meaningful relationships with all of his customers. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father and elated grandfather of his 6 prized granddaughters. He was a passionate hard worker, took joy in restoring antique automobiles, and cherished spending time with his family and watching his grandkids participating in all their sporting activities. Chris was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Louise Irwin, and sister Susie Graves. Chris is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Kathryn "Darlene" Irwin, son Adam (Jeni) Irwin, daughter Mindy (Jeremy) Horton, granddaughters Taylor (Devin) Smith, Korey Horton, Morgan Irwin, Cooper Horton, Emerson Irwin and Charleston Irwin. Brother Jeff (Debbie) Irwin, sisters Jill (Robert) Longmire and Tina (Melvin) Clawson along with many nieces and nephews.

Chris's graveside service will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Norris Memorial Garden, Norris, TN with Pastor Wayne Phillips and Pastor Joel Dew officiating.
