Jack T. Holden, age 88 of Norris, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at Norris Health and Rehab Center.

He was an US Army veteran of the Korean War and a veteran of the US Air Force during peacetime. A lifelong artist, he lived at times in New York, Mexico, Alaska, and other places before returning to Cincinnati and then finally moving to Norris. In the second half of his life he grew deeply devout and spent his later years in study of the Scripture, painting, feeding the birds of Norris and caring for his numerous dogs and cats.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Theresa Memke Holden and brothers, William and James Holden.

He is survived by his family:

Children----William Holden of Florida; Jack Holden and wife Jennifer of Tennessee; James Holden and wife Sarah of California
Grandchildren---Kathryn Strange and husband Michael of Tennessee; Connor Holden of Tennessee; Elizabeth Holden of Tennessee; Charles Holden of California


At Jack's request, there will be no services but the family will have a private party at a later date in his memory.
