Imogene Starner, age 81 of Clinton, passed away March 18, 2015. She was a member of Carroll Hollow Baptist Church. Imogene, known as Momma Jean by all her "adopted kids", loved to cook and prepare Sunday dinner for her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening and growing her flowers. Other activities were dancing and listening to music. She was a loving mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her grandbabies.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Starner; parents, Lee and Mary Bumgardener; son in-law, Randall R. Brantley; brother, Glenn Bumgardner; sisters, Marie Ezell Foust, Trula Finch, Essie Golden and Renee Pointer.

Patricia Brantley and fiancé Dillard Bunch
Grandchildren: Kayla Newcomb, Nikki and husband Jason Brewer
Great grandchildren: Bianca, Brionna and Britton Newcomb, Jackson and Ryley Brewer

The family will receive friends Friday, March 20th from 6-8 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 21st at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor David Crowe officiating. Interment will follow in Grandview Memorial Garden in Clinton.
