Hobart "Hobe" Humphrey, age 79 of Oak Ridge passed away June 16, 2011 at his home. He was a member of Moore's Gap United Methodist Church. He retired from the U. S. Air Force after serving 21 years and previously owned Hobe's Electric.

He was preceded in death by his parents, M.T. & Francis Humphrey; sisters, Ruth Beets, Lucy Dew, & Georgia Moore; brothers, Roy Humphrey & James "Pete" Humphrey.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 5-7PM at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 19th at 2:00PM at Moore's Gap United Methodist Church with Rev. Bert Bastian officiating. Graveside services will follow at Sartin Cemetery in Clinton with full military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
