Helen Hyder age 81 of Caryville, TN passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Helen was a Member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Clinton, TN and a Member of the Oak Grove Family and Community Education (FCE) Club of Campbell County. She loved and was loved by everyone especially children. Helen is preceded in death by parents, Shafter Adkins and Grace Reynolds ; brothers, Mack Thompson, Terry Thompson, Charles Adkins, Pete Thompson

The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 6-8PM with the funeral service to follow at 8:00PM with Rev. JJ Patterson and Rev. Johnny Owens officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:30AM on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 and go in funeral procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery for an 11:00AM interment.
