Hazel Lay Fraker, age 84, of Clinton passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Methodist Medical Center. Hazel was a member of Zion Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Fraker; infant son, Jeffrey Fraker; parents, Herbert and Gypsy Wright Lay and sister, Aileen Portwood.
She is survived by:
