Harley Seiber, age 78 of Rocky Top, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born on April 14, 1938 to the late Alonzo and Gertie Bray Seiber in Anderson County. He was a coal miner with Consolidation Coal Company for over 20 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved being outdoors. He will be dearly missed. In addition to his parents, Harley is preceded in death by wife, Pauline Seiber; brothers, Orlie Seiber, Leon Seiber, Carvin Seiber, Carlis Ray Seiber; Brothers-in-law, Frank Bratcher, Mark Morrison; sisters, Carrie Seiber Lowe, Annette Seiber Morrison, and Wanda Seiber.

There will be a time for family to visit at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Rocky Top on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 6-8PM. The family will receive friends at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 from 6-8PM. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at the Anchor of Hope Baptist Church at 2PM with the Rev. Houston Carroll officiating.
