Gusta Marie Martin, age 98, of Lake CIty passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013 at the NHC Health Care Center in Oak Ridge. She was born on August 1, 1914 in White County, Tennessee to the late Ned and Virgie Wilmoth Greene. Gusta was the oldest living member of the Clear Branch Baptist Church in Lake City. She loved going on trips with the senior group at church. Gusta also enjoyed gardening, quilting, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Gusta is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Martin; Step son, James Martin; Brothers, Charlie, Lonzo and Shirley Greene; Sisters, Hattie Simpson, Bertie Donalson, and Hessie Greene.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the Clear Branch Baptist Church in Lake City from 2-3PM with the funeral service to follow at 3:00PM with the Rev.
