Gloria Hill Williams died peacefully on August 14, 2011, due to complications from cancer. Gloria was born March 15, 1925 in Clinton. She is survived by her children Miles, Mickey, Melanie, Mary and Paul and their spouses; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Gloria is also survived by her brothers, Chuck and Steve; sisters, JoAnn, Mary Low, Sharron and Charlene. Gloria was preceded in death by her loving husband, Nathan Williams. Gloria loved to travel and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 17th at 11:00AM at Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. The family will receive friends from 10-11AM. In lieu of flowers, Gloria had requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
