Gladys M. Bice, age 82, of Clinton passed away on October 16, 2016 at her residence. She was born May 7, 1934 in Fentress County to the late Bee and Katie Stewart. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. Bice, Jr.; sisters, Grace Brannon and Geraldine Clark; brothers, Allen and Ernest Stewart.
