Georgia Jeffers, age 86, of Oak Ridge, TN passed away at her home March 4, 2015. She enjoyed working with crafts, playing golf and being with her family. Georgia also loved to attend New Salem Baptist Church when her health permitted.
Preceded in death by her parents, Ortel and Flora Woodward; Mother/ Father-in-law, Eddie and Mae Jeffers; Husband, Clifton Jeffers; son, Ronnie Jeffers; sisters Reba Duncan, Chlora Cross and husband Cleois; brothers-in-law, Red Gaylor, Ralph Jeffers and wife Nell; sisters-in-law, Christine Dabney and husband Jr., Reba Duncan and husband Willie.

The family will receive friends Friday, March 6, 2015 6-8PM at Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Kenny Raines officiating. Interment will be Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to New Salem Baptist Church in Clinton, TN or Avalon Hospice in Knoxville, TN.
