George "Jack" Edmonds, age 76 of Andersonville, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, August 24, 2018. He was born on March 22, 1942 to the late Elmore and Nellie Quinn Edmonds in Anderson County. He attended Beech Grove Baptist Church, which he loved. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters, Alpha Bell, Lillie May, Helen Edmonds, and Rachael Edmonds; brothers, Ulas Edmonds, Charlie D. Edmonds.

He is survived by, wife Linda Edmonds; special grandchild, Jacob; grandchildren, Kari, and Matthew; sister, Mary Hutchison and husband Richard.

The family will receive friends at the Beech Grove Baptist Church on Monday, August 27, 2018 from 5-6pm with a graveside service to follow at 6pm at the Beech Grove Baptist church Cemetery. www.holleygamble.com
