Garland Foust Jr., age 70 of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Garland was born on October 21, 1940 to the late Garland and Gladis Foust. Garland was a member of the Lake City Christian Fellowship. He loved talking to people, especially making them laugh. Garland was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his great grandson, Preston Ray Madison; Brothers, Bill Foust and William Ramsey; Sister, Joyce Clements.

Garland's wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will follow at a later date.
