Gannon
Couch
Jul 22, 2004 — Jun 18, 2026
Clinton
Gannon Michael Couch, born on July 22, 2004 in Summerville, South Carolina, passed away on June 18, 2026 in his Clinton, Tennessee home at the age of 21 years old. He was the youngest child of Rodney and Brandy Evans.
From a young age, Gannon was known for his laid-back attitude, his silly sense of humor and his love of video games. He had a kind soul, some would say an “old soul” and a compassion for others that no one knew about more than his mother. His quick wit and infectious smile could light up any room, and his kindness touched everyone’s heart that he met. He got his first job while in high school at Bojangles “makin’ biscuits”, of which he was very proud of. He graduated from Anderson County High School in 2022 and from there he went on to join the Marines until he was medically discharged in 2023 for breaking his femur bone. He later became employed at Worldwide Equipment as a detailer.
Gannon was preceded in death by his grandfathers (Charles Gray and Ivan Cheatham) and his great-grandmother (Ethel Chinners).
He is survived by his parents, his sister (Juliet Kessler), his brothers (Kyle Couch and Austin Muckelvaney), his grandparents (Nancy Cheatham, Jim and Pat Evans), his nephews (Oliver Bunch, Jaxson Muckelvaney and Charles Ray Faulling), his niece (Paige Coffey) and an overabundance of aunts and uncles who he loved dearly.
Though Gannon’s time with us was cut short, the impact he made will last forever. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the memories we hold dear. We will miss you terribly, but we are grateful for the time we had and the love we shared. Your spirit will forever guide us.
Gannon’s Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 1:45 PM with the service starting promptly at 2:00 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home located in Clinton, TN.
