Frank M. Manning, age 80, of Clinton, went to meet his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 13th, 2016. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Powell. Frank was a banker and worked in the banking industry for 35 years before his retirement. After retirement he worked for Jack Nelson Car Dealership until it sold and then worked for Lester Fox in Oak Ridge. Frank enjoyed gospel music and loved to visit Dollywood to listen to the many gospel entertainers. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather that was greatly loved by his family and many friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Hobert and Ruby Manning; father in-law and mother in-law, Joe Thornton and Sarah Thornton; sister in-law, Haroldene Layman.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 15th from 5-7 PM at Temple Baptist Church, 1700 W. Beaver Creek Drive, Powell, TN. Funeral service will follow with Dr. Clarence Sexton and Pastor Roger Hilliard officiating. Graveside service will be Saturday, April 16th at 11:00 AM at Grandview Memorial Garden in Clinton.
