Frances Thomas, age 77, of Clinton passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at her residence. Frances will always be remembered by her sense of humor and for her storytelling. Frances was of the Baptist faith and was born on February 24, 1939 in Anderson County, TN to the late Columbus and Delia Thomas.
