Frances H. Stephan Wulk, of Norris, TN passed away peacefully Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center. She was born March 12, 1930 to the late David Harris and Mary Zehner Harris. She graduated from Oak Ridge High School class of 1947. She has been a member of Norris Religious Fellowship for over 50 years. Frances enjoyed her wildflowers, painting, dancing, knitting and spending time with family and friends. Besides her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Bob Wulk, with whom she spent several years traveling and enjoying life.
Frances and her husband, Bill Stephan leave behind 3 children and their spouses; David and his wife Teresa; Bob and his wife Jackie; Linda Lucretia and her husband Bill Atterson; beloved grandchildren, Patra & husband Dan Wroten, Austin Stephan, Robert Stephan, John Atterson & wife Elaine, Michael Atterson, Brittany & husband Josh Tipton. She was proud to be "Great Gran" to 6 loving great grandchildren. She is survived by her only sibling, David "Pete" Harris and his daughter, Jenny Harris. She will be missed by many other family members and friends especially neighbors, "other son" Don Nathan and "granddaughter" Maggie.
The family will receive friends 2:00-5:00 pm, Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Norris Religious Fellowship Church with memorial service to follow at 5:00 pm with Rev. Keith Haverkamp officiating.
