Florence Burgess, age 88 of Clinton passed away Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Golden Living - Windwood Healthcare. She was a member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Burgess; parents, Robert & Nora Long; brothers & sisters.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 10th at 1:00PM at Sunset Cemetery in Clinton with Rev. Bill Dawson officiating. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
