Fay Spurlock, age 63, of Clinton, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born in Licking County, Ohio on November 30, 1953 to the late Ernest and Frances Shuman Kindred. Fay loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, Fay is preceded in death by her Brothers, Larry and Charles Kindred.
