Fay Duncan Lane, 83, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully at her home on March 18, 2016. She was the daughter of Major and Grace Brown of the Marlow Community and a faithful member of Second Baptist Church of Clinton. Mrs. Lane was a graduate of Clinton High School in addition to Roane State Community College and Tusculum College. She worked at the Y-12 and K-25 facilities and retired after 40 years of service to Martin Marietta.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Richard, Leon and Alvin Brown; and a sister, Bonnie Crawford.
