Evelyn Turner Rhyne, age 94 of Clinton, passed away January 12, 2014. She was a longtime member of Clinch River Baptist Church. Evelyn and her husband, Glen Turner, owned and operated Turner's Market in Clinton for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed music and playing the piano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Nannie Mae Sharp; husbands, William Glen Turner and Herman Rhyne; grandson, Michael E. Webb.

Grandchildren: Stacey Cooper, Darryl Wormsley (Susan), Kathy Moles (Steve), Terry Turner (Regina), Steven Turner (Stacey), Deanna Clark (Chad), Kim Woolf (Steve), Chris Turner.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 14th from 5-7PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Tom Byrge and Rev. Larry Webster officiating.
