Elsie J. Lowe, age 74, passed away May 17, 2013 at Norris Health and Rehabilitation Center in Andersonville. She was a member of South Clinton Baptist Church. Elsie enjoyed putting recipes together and created a book out of her mother's and friends old recipes. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her four nephews as they grew up.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Mary E. Lowe; brother, Boyd E. Lowe.
