Edna Ruth Henderson age 92 of Clinton left this world to be with Jesus on Friday, April 23, 2010. She was a patient at Mercy Residential Hospice in Halls. She was a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a life long faithful member of Blowing Springs Baptist Church where she served over the years as a Sunday School teacher and choir member. She will be remembered fondly by many as the past children's choir director. She was active in the WMU and weekly Bible study group.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over fifty years, Ralph Henderson; parents, Dulin & Carrie (Reed) Hill; sister, Wanda Sharp; brothers, Hubert & Hoyle Hill.

Very Special Great-Niece: .... Lyndsey Ramey of Johnson City.

Many other nieces and nephews and a host of friends who loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 4-6pm at Blowing Springs Baptist Church with funeral service following at 6:00pm with Rev. David White and Rev. Jimmy Davidson officiating.

Family & friends will meet on Monday, April 26th at 11:00am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for graveside services. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements.
