Donna Diane Miller, age 74, of Oak Ridge, passed away at her residence on June 21, 2026. Donna was born on April 2, 1952, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late William and Nellie Hess.

Donna retired from Y-12 as a Technical Training Administrator, where she played an instrumental role in developing training programs for Y-12 and K-25, many of which are still used today. Throughout her career, she helped train thousands of employees and was respected for her intelligence, dedication, and strong work ethic. Following her retirement, Donna pursued a career in real estate with Realty Executives. She and her husband, Curtis, also proudly owned and operated C&D Firearms in Oak Ridge for many years. Donna was a faithful member of First United Methodist Church of Oak Ridge.

Donna never met a bargain she wasn't willing to chase. Known by family and friends as the "Negotiating Queen," she had a remarkable talent for finding the best deal and wasn't afraid to bargain with anyone to get it. Whether she was helping a family member purchase a vehicle, furniture, or everyday necessities, Donna made sure no one paid a penny more than necessary.

She was also known for her impeccable sense of style. Donna believed in looking her best and was always dressed to the nines, carrying herself with grace, confidence, and elegance wherever she went.

A hardworking and determined woman, Donna devoted herself fully to everything she did. Yet, despite her many accomplishments, her greatest joy was her family. She treasured every moment spent with those she loved and took immense pride in supporting and caring for them. Her love, guidance, and unwavering dedication to her family will be remembered and cherished for generations to come.

For many years, Donna and her family enjoyed participating in Civil War reenactments together, creating countless memories and sharing a passion that brought them closer together.

Donna leaves behind a legacy of hard work, strength, generosity, style, and above all, a deep and abiding love for her family.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Andy Finn and Sydney, and her nephew, Bo Finn.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Curtis Miller; daughter, Natasha Cass & husband Brent; son, Andrew Miller; grandchildren, Kyle Wright, Kai Cass, and Allisyn Cass; sisters, Tina Calvetti & husband Ricky, and Nina Hess Ollis; brother, Michael Hess; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service for Donna will be held at a later date, with the time and location to be announced by Holley Gamble Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Pat Head Summitt Foundation/https://patsummit.org in memory of Donna D. Miller. Holley Gamble Funeral Home of Clinton is honored to serve the Miller family and is in charge of all arrangements.
