Don P. Ruttan, age 83 of Norris, passed away January 29, 2014 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. Don was a retired firefighter from St. Petersburg, FL and was an U.S. Air Force Veteran. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 1st, at Norris First Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. David Seiber officiating. Interment will be at a later date in New Mexico. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home assisted the Rutan family.
