Dinah Sue Jones Cook, age 90 of Clinton, Tennessee went home to be with her Jesus on August 3, 2011 at her home. She was a member of the Valley View Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing with a group of ladies, and was active and faithful in her church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer N. Cook and a son, Steve Cook.

She is survived by two daughters: Jo Ann & husband J.D. Slover, Becky & husband Russ Happney, of who she made her home with and (6) sons: Billy R. Cook and wife Martha, Forrest Cook & wife Dot, David L. Cook & wife Deanne, Sherrill Cook & wife Shirley Michael Cook & wife Beryle, Danny Cook and a very special friend Collette Vincent. She also leaves behind (24) grandchildren, (28) great-grandchildren and (7) Great-great-grandchildren all of who she loved dearly.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Danny Ray Phillips officiating.

Family & friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 6th at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton for graveside services with Rev. Allen Giles officiating. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of the arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
