Delia Cagley Thomas, age 96 of Clinton, passed away on February 23, 2014 at Golden Living Center. Delia was preceded in death by her parents, George and Alice (Thacker) Cagley, 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Before her illness, Delia enjoyed working in her flower garden and going to church. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her daughters, Frances and Hazel Thomas of Clinton, Libby (Harry) Bumgardner of Claxton, Mildred (James) Bean of Oliver Springs and Sue Thomas of Oak Ridge; sister, Elmira Trentham of Clinton; 7 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 27th from 6-8 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Jason Rogers officiating. Graveside service will be Friday, February 28th, at 11:00 AM at Sunset Cemetery. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
