Debbie Marshelle Gleaton (Willis), age 59, of Clinton, Tennessee, made her transition on January 17, 2025. Known affectionately as the "life of the party," Debbie put smiles on the faces of many. She was born to Georgia Haigler (Willis) and Joseph Willis on April 17, 1965. She was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Debbie was a kind and generous person who would give her last to anyone in need. Family was everything to her. She loved children, including her own and those of others, and some would refer to her as their "second mother." Known for her hilarious jokes and high energy, Debbie made friends wherever she went. She was a joy to be around. Her sweet smile could light up any room.

With an eye for beauty, Debbie excelled in cosmetology and was known for taking amazing 90's style "glamour shots." She enjoyed making people look and feel their best. Before becoming disabled, Debbie also worked in customer service. She was a lover of music and photography. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and having a good time. One of her passions was collecting photos of family and friends. Debbie will always be remembered for her strength, compassion, and angelic spirit. She truly was one-of-a-kind and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Haigler (Willis); father, Joseph Willis; husband, Charles Gleaton; brother, Willis Hardin; and her grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Chabrelle Haigler and Chandra Haigler; sons, Narell Haigler (Amanda Haigler) and Duranta Gleaton (Renisha Gleaton; brothers, Joseph Willis and Lamont Willis (Teranda Willis); sisters, Angela Minga, Dionne Booker, and Echelle Bolton; as well as a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2025. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mount Sinai Baptist Church (420 Jarnigan Street, Clinton, Tennessee, 37716), with the funeral starting at 2:00 PM.
