David D. Fritts, age 62 of Clinton won the battle with leukemia and went home to be with the Lord on May 4, 2011. He was a deacon at Jarnigan Chapel Church and U. S. Marine Veteran having served in Vietnam.
He is survived by wife, Phyllis Fritts; daughter, Sherry Pyke; son, Dave Fritts and wife Nikki; grandchildren, Amber, Matthew, Cole, Casey, Chase and Peyton; brothers, Bill Fritts, Ronnie Fritts & wife Brenda; sisters, Peggy Vandergriff and husband Jim, Sue Dockery & husband Bill, Mary Fleischmann & husband Jim, Diane Harness & husband Dan. Host of other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be in memory of David Fritts, American Cancer Society, Memorial Foundation Hope Lodge, 2008 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tn. 37203.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 6th from 6-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with service at 8:00PM with Rev. Calvin Braden & Rev. Gary Smith officiating.
