Darlene Robbins McKamey, age 64, of Clinton peacefully departed from this life to dwell in her heavenly home on Monday, May 9, 2011. Darlene was born December 15, 1946 to Rudy and Beulah Woods Robbins in Anderson County. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband of 45 years, Bill R. McKamey Sr.; son Billy R. McKamey Jr.; and daughter Alma McKamey Hatton.

Darlene is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Michelle McKamey and Brian and Jan McKamey of Clinton. She was blessed with nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sister Nina Perry of Mascot, Tennessee. Darlene is also survived by seven sisters-in-law and six brothers-in-law, along with a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 6-8PM with funeral service to follow at the Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 10:00AM with interment to follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens located on Oliver Springs Hwy.
