Dana Shane Woodward, age 38, of Clinton, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 at his residence. Dana enjoyed fishing and hunting with his son, an avid UT Football fan, and a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. Preceded in death by wife, Mary Neil Woodward; grandfather, Neal Woodward, great grandfather, Tom Vernon Smith, great grandmother, Verlie Jane Bratcher Smith, great grandfather, Millard Woodward, great grandmother, Lola Woodward, cousin and best friend, Eugene Neal "Gene" Woodward; grandfather, Robert Smith.

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Friday, February 1, 2013 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel. His burial will be 11:00 am, Saturday at Pine Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
