Russell, Dallas L. - born Sept. 26, 1949, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and walked through the gates of Heaven on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Dallas was a lifelong resident of the Marlow Community and member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church. Dallas was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandpa. Local Businessman and owner of Russell & Russell Construction. His favorite pass times were spent cooking and grilling for family and friends. His laughter and practical jokes he pulled, will live on with all who knew him. Preceded in death by parents Howard J. Russell and Sephie L. Russell, brothers Arthur and Bobby Joe, sister Brenda Smith. Survived by loving wife Jeanie, three Sons, Dallas and his children Amber and Ashley, Johnny and wife Leah and their children Chelsea, Alec, and Emily, Chris and wife Jerica and their children Macy and Lynlee, Daughter, Kim and husband John Prewitt and their children Johnna, Laura, Joy, and Austin. Three great-grandchildren. Brothers - Odell and wife Lana, and Trent and wife Tracy. Sisters - Patsy and husband Donald Ray Vann, Wanda Russell, Mary Jane Wright, Donna Disney, Sheila Russell. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and Aunt Polly Vickery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 27, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with service to follow at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home, 621 S. Charles G Seivers Blvd. Clinton, TN.
