Curtis Lee Crowe, age 72 of Powell, finished his last race at 11:45 AM on May 9, 2013. He was a Christian and member of Sharon Baptist Church. Curtis' passions were family, stock car racing and antiquing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Gladys Miller Crowe; brother, Bruce Crowe.

He is survived by wife, Betty Summers Crowe of Powell; sons, Doug Crowe of Sharps Chapel and Dodd and Renda Crowe of Maryville; daughter, Debbie and Michael Jenkins of Clinton; grandchildren, Douglas and Anastasia Crowe, Dustin Crowe, Lindsay Crowe, Amanda and Clay McAmis, Beth and Ryan Dabbs, Curt and Lindsey Jenkins, Seth Crowe and Olivia Crowe; great grandchildren, Andrew and Mollie McAmis and Gabe Crowe; sister in-law, Margaret Crowe.

The family will receive friends Friday, May 10th from 6-8PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Dr. Jim Robertson and Rev. Dennis Blazier officiating. Graveside will be Saturday, May 11th at 11:00 AM at Mt. Harmony Church Cemetery in Heiskell. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. www.holleygamblefh.com
