Cody Lynn Davis, 32, of Knoxville, formerly of Clinton, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born on August 3, 1992, in Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated from Clinton High School. Following high school, Cody earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a degree in Business Analytics from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

For nine years, Cody was Verizon Wireless's regional manager. He had a deep passion for cars and was particularly skilled in vehicle restoration and detailing, a talent he cherished. Additionally, Cody was an exceptional cook. In the months before his passing, he embarked on a new business venture as the owner and operator of Davis Automotive Group.

Cody was preceded in death by his stepmother, Katie Pyatt Davis, and his grandmother, Ann Davis.

He is survived by his father, Donald "Donny" Davis Jr. of Clinton; the love of his life, Brandi Rudder of Middletown, OH; his brother, Dylan Davis of Clinton; his grandparents, Donald "Don" Davis Sr. of Clinton and Gwenda Ford and her husband Kenny, also of Clinton; his uncle, Scott Davis of Clinton; great aunts, Sher Gammache and her husband Tom of Florida, and Paula Carroll of Morristown; uncles Jonathan Pyatt, Brian Ford and his wife Ann, and Randy Ford, all from Clinton; his fur companion, Yoda; as well as several cousins, friends, and family members.
