Charlotte Ann Rains, 82 of Clinton, Tennessee, passed away Friday, September 6, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Rains; son, Greg Rains; and parents, Charles and Elizabeth Shorter. She is survived by two sons, Randy Rains and spouse, Betty Rains, and Chuck Rains; six grandchildren, Heather Sullivan and spouse, Brian Sullivan, Martin Rains and spouse, Allison Rains, Heath, Josh, Taylor and Erika Rains; and seven great-grandchildren, Kali Rains, Rubyjane, Rains, Clementine, and Quinn Sullivan and Madeline and Carter Rains. Family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 10th, at First Baptist Church, Clinton, 225 N. Main Street, Clinton, Tennessee, 37716. Funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 11th, at 11:00 a.m. at Black Oak Baptist Cemetery.
