Charles David Elkins, age 68, died November 30th 2022. Peacefully with family by his side. Charles was born October 12th 1954 in Greeneville, TN, to the late Walton and Frances Elkins.

He left behind his longtime Companion JoAnn Weaver and two fur babies of Clinton TN, Sister Dinah and brother-in-law Randy Britt, Sister Brenda Lay, Children Charlie (Brandy)Elkins ,Walton (Jeana)Elkins, Becky (Mark)Woodford, Patty Ogle, Many Grandchildren and a Nephew. He was predeceased in death by his parents Walton and Frances Elkins, Daughter Krista Elkins and brother-in-law Benny Lay. As per Charles request no funeral or memorial service will be held.
