Charles Ryan Blackwell, 32, of Norris, TN, formerly of Greenville, SC and Columbia, SC passed away at his home on December 23, 2013.
Ryan attended the University of Tennessee and Pellissippi State Community College. He was a house supervisor for Breakthrough Corporation and enjoyed working with mentally challenged and autistic individuals.
Ryan is survived by his wife, Amber Blackwell of Columbia, SC; his parents Rebecca (Becky) Baker Blackwell and William (Bud) Blackwell of Norris, TN; his grandmother Doris Baker of Rock Hill, SC; his sister Tiffany Evans of Rock Hill, SC; his brother Scott Blackwell of Charleston, SC; his nephews Will Evans and Liam Blackwell; his nieces Meg Morris, Rebecca Evans, Rori Baucom and Bridget Blackwell; his aunt and uncle Charlie and Debbie Baker of Wrightsville Beach, NC.
A memorial service will be held at Norris Religious Fellowship in Norris, TN on January 4, 2014 at 3:00 PM with visitation to follow.
