Carl Wayne Richard, age 70 of Lafollette, passed away on Thursday November 12, 2015. Carl was born on April 8, 1945 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He enjoyed fishing, singing and talking on his CB radio. Carl was a member of High Street Missionary Baptist Church. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Carl was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Longmire; Grandparents who raised him, Elbert and Lillie Richard.
