Brenda Settles, age 68, of Oak Ridge, passed away on January 31, 2026, at NHC Healthcare of Oak Ridge.  Brenda was born on March 13, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Louise Henderson.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Briggs & husband Canaan of Georgetown, TX.
