Brandy Denise Williams, age 41 of Oak Ridge went home to be with her heavenly father on February 27, 2016. Brandy graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1993. Throughout her life she loved writing poetry, cross stitching, and reading. Preceded in death by her grandfathers, Thomas L. Stephens and Tally Holt, Sr.; grandmother, Mary Holt; uncles, Edward McCoy and Tally Holt, Jr.
