Bobby Kenneth Rains, age 79, of Caryville, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at his residence. He was born in December 20, 1933 in Campbell County, Tennessee to the late Fred and Jessie Smith Rains. Kenneth was a member and deacon at the Ridgeview Baptist Church. He was also a member of Caryville Masonic lodge where he was a 32nd degree mason. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents Kenneth is preceded in death by, Wife, Betty Jo Rains; Sisters, Thelma Lay and Judy Hunley Shepherd; Brother, Johnny Dale Rains.
