Bobby R. Armstrong, born February 14, 1934, passed away April 2, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Bobby loved fishing and woodworking in his spare time. He was a member of South Clinton Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Michael Armstrong; parents, Earnest and Pearlie Armstrong; brothers, Earnest Jr. and Marcus E. Armstrong; sisters, Mable Armstrong and Hazle Hardin.
He is survived by wife Eunice Armstrong; daughters, Patricia Shoemaker (Wesley) and Sheila Bailey (Thomas Ray I); grandchildren, Matthew Shoemaker, Samantha Shoemaker, and Andrew Shoemaker; Christian Armstrong, Thomas R. Bailey II, and Lisa Bailey.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 6, 2015 from 6-8PM at South Clinton Baptist Church. Service will follow at 8:00PM with Rev. Roger Pugh officiating. Graveside services will be at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 11:00AM.
