Obituary

Bobbie Foust Webber, devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 at Morning Pointe, Harden Valley on Friday, January 10, 2025.Bobbie was born and lived in Clinton for many years. Her friendly, sweet, caring spirit endeared her to family and friends. She had a welcoming smile and kind word to everyone she met. She was a graduate of Norris High School, Class of 1955 where she was Vice President of her Senior Class, FAA Queen, and Voted High School Friendliest.  After high school, she worked at the Telephone Company as a switchboard operator. She then began her favorite job, which was being a wife and mother, supporting both her husband and her children in their various activities, included sharing her gift of hospitality by welcoming their friends into her home. She was a member of the Clinton Timely Topics, serving as past President of the organization. She was also in the Clinton Jaycettes.  She and her husband managed the Anderson County Fairest of the Fair for more than 20 years. She was also involved in many other community activities.  She loved to watch UT football and the UT men's basketball team and the Lady Vols.  She also loved traveling in their Holiday Rambler RV with the Holiday Rambler's Club and visiting many different states.
She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Grace Foust, sisters Billie Sue Foust and Joyce Foust Cox.
She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, James (Jim) Quinton Webber, Jr., Daughter, Regina Webber Loy (Steve), son, James (Jay) Quinton Webber, III, (Angela).  Granddaughter, Molly Elizabeth Webber Justice (Caleb) and grandson, James (Quinton) Quinton Webber, IV. Great Granddaughters Luna and Wren Justice. Brother, Earl LeVon Foust of North Carolina.
The family would like to thank the staff at Morning Pointe, Harden Valley for their love, support and the special attention they gave to Miss Bobbie during the past year!

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 pm with a service to follow at 6 pm. Family and friends will meet at Holley Gamble Funeral home at 10:15 am, Friday, January 17, 2025 for a procession to Woodhaven Cemetery for burial at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Bobbie's name be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Boys Town, in Boys Town, NE.
