Blanche Braden Carden departed this life peacefully at the home of her daughter on Sunday, November 28th. She was born October 26, 1921. She leaves behind Wallace F. Carden, Sr her husband of 63 years, her daughter Karen Mitchell (Jim) of Vestavia Hills, Alabama; her son W. Fred Carden of Knoxville; grandsons Pete Mitchell, Sam and Will Carden and a granddaughter Ginny Mitchell Bensinger (Rob). She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jewel Johnson of Lake City and Mrs. Cherelda Howard of Orlando, FL. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 on Tuesday November 30, followed by a celebration of faith and new life at 2:00. Burial will follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens with Holly Gamble of Clinton in charge.
