Billy R. Williams, age 52 of Clinton, passed away February 2, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Spencer and Violet Brown Williams; sister, Jean Doris Braden. He is survived by his wife, Janice D. Williams; son, Michael L. J. Williams; sisters, Delores Foley, Eva Jones and Wanda Williams; brothers, Mark and Danny Williams.
