Billy "Bill" Joe Canada, age 86 of Clinton, passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 5, 2020.  Bill was a veteran of the United States Army and was born December 23, 1933 to the late Sherman and Ninnie Canada.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley Doran and Mary Adkins; brother, Junior Canada.

He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Phyllis Canada of Clinton; daughters, Cheryl Canada and Melody Glenn both of Clinton; grandson, Nicholas Glenn of Clinton; sister, June Browning of Cincinnati, OH; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home.  His Celebration of Life service will immediately follow in the chapel with Rev. Mike Thompson officiating.  In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the charity of your choice.
