Billy James Hill, age 84, of Clinton passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 6, 2015 surrounded by his loved ones. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served in the Korean Conflict and was a faithful member of Second Baptist Church. Billy retired from Y-12 as a machinist after 40 years of service. After retirement he enjoyed playing music on the porch at the Museum of Appalachia. He is preceded in death by daughters, Kay and Jessica Hill; parents, Lewis Hill and Bessie Stooksbury Hill; brothers, Vaughn and Carson Hill; sisters, Rhetta Mae Hickson and Gertrude Stokes.
He is survived by:

The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel.
