Billy D. Gilliam, age 82, of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Billy was born on February 8, 1932 to the late Thomas and Clara Dunn Gilliam in White County, Tennessee. Mr. Gilliam was loved and will be missed by all that knew him.

Gary Swaggerty officiating. Billy's interment will be held at the Leach Cemetery on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 10:00AM.
